My neighbor and I bought 2 pairs, they have been great, range, clarity, very good. The only problem I have is a lack of ability to get parts. I dropped one of them recently and broke the battery retention clip, simple fix right? Nope, can't buy the part, gotta buy a new radio, that sux. Anyway, great product, just don't break anything on them, or you have to buy another one.

Received this item about 2 weeks ago. Initially was sceptical about it but a week ago, I travelled to Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) for holiday and I tested the set with my Brother who is stationed in Singapore. Woah this device was definitely worth buying and the conversation was crystal clear between both countries. Currently I passed one set to my niece as she’s holiday in Korea and I can clearly communicate with her without any issues. I will be purchasing extra set for my family members too.

I was sceptical at first, and once I purchased a set of two i started testing them out. I stay in Scotland and checked out the areas of Great Britain, and it works 100% and is crystal clear. I just got these echo radios and switched from a previous competitor and couldn’t be happier with my decision. These radios are well built and top notch for my DJ and security businesses. Great clarity and sound and never lost signal from miles away when it mattered. I own 5 units and gave one each to my wife and two sons and we feel safe having them together for crystal clear communication. Hoping in the future they will have protective cases for them and a charging dock.
Had these about a week now, been testing and working flawless. All 6 radios worked right out of the box, connected battery, charged and presto, working. Audio quality is crystal clear. If you were a Nextel fan back when like i was this is for you although the audio quality on this is far better than Nextel. Radios are compact and lightweight, battery seems to go endless, after a week I’m still on the initial charge. Contacted customer support who reprogrammed my 6 radios creating groups as i requested. Within 48 hours all radios programmed the way i actually described. Very happy with this purchase and customer service was excellent. I would recommend these radios to family’s, friend’s or any business who is looking to stay connected. I don’t think you will be disappointed. I give these radios 5 out of 5.

This truck mounted unit with two handheld is a great way to go nice being able to stay in contact with family on the road. I could be home and it could be anywhere they’re at at least I can get a hold of them and they can get a hold of me. and it’s always a crystal clear conversation pretty cool technology.
